Depending on the features enabled by the account owner, the application may process Instagram account identifiers, public profile information, comments, direct messages, conversation metadata, lead details shared by users, and automation logs.
We use information to receive messages or comments, generate or route replies, maintain conversation history, capture leads requested by the account owner, provide analytics, and improve service reliability.
Messages or comments may be sent to configured AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek to generate draft or automated replies. The account owner controls which provider is used.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared only with service providers required to operate the application, such as hosting, database, logging, payment, and AI API providers.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. The account owner may request deletion.
